Cloudbilt started using WalkMe in early 2014, launching with 7 Walk-Thrus in less than 45 days. Customer feedback was overwhelmingly positive. It was an easy decision to move forward with additional Walk-Thrus. Within a few months, Cloudbilt’s usage of WalkMe features increased threefold, adding 15 more Walk-Thrus, as well as content and search integration. As of August 2014, 49% of Cloudbilt’s users engage with WalkMe. WalkMe reduced incoming support requests by 20%.
