REALIZER Awards™ (presented by WALKME)
CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES
1. AWARDS DESCRIPTION
The Realizer Award is an annual award that spotlights companies and industry leaders that are taking the lead on digital adoption to realize the full potential of technology in their respective spaces.
All eligible entries received will be judged using the criteria in the “Judging” portion of the rules below. Judges will select 7 winners, to be announced at the WalkMe Realize conference (the “Event”) on April 5, 2022.
2. CONTEST TIME PERIOD
This Contest starts on January 25, 2022 at 1:00 AM Pacific Time and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time PT March 8, 2022 (the “Entry Period”). Entries must be received within the Entry Period to be eligible. Any received outside of those dates will be disqualified.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You are eligible to enter this Contest if you meet the following requirements:
You are least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;
You are a current WalkMe customer;
You are NOT an employee of WalkMe;
You are NOT from a vendor or partner organization;
You are NOT involved in any part of the administration and execution of this Contest;
You are NOT an immediate family (parent, sibling, spouse, child) or household member of a WalkMe employee, an employee of a WalkMe affiliate, or a person involved in any part of the administration and execution of this Contest.
This Contest is void where prohibited.
4. SUBMITTING AWARD NOMINATIONS
To be eligible for judging an entry must meet the following requirements:
Any WalkMe customer may submit an entry. No purchase is necessary. An individual or company can be nominated for multiple categories. Nominations must be submitted via the walkme.com/events/realize-2022-awards/ website. No hard copy nominations will be accepted. The online nomination may be augmented by supporting materials to assist judges in determining how well the nominee meets the criteria for the selected award. If including supporting materials, please also send these within the online submission process, and you must have obtained any and all consents, approvals or licenses required for you to submit your entry; and your entry must not otherwise violate the rights of any other person or company by using their trademarks, music, logos, names or images without their express written consent.
By submitting an entry, and if selected as a finalist or winner, you agree to allow WalkMe to publicize your company and your submission as a finalist or winner, as applicable, on the WalkMe website, via marketing communication channels, and with the press. You also agree that, by submitting an entry, WalkMe may contact you and/or your Company regarding future marketing opportunities. You hereby grant WalkMe a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use your Company’s name, marks, and logo for the purposes related to the forgoing and to this Contest. By submitting an entry, you acknowledge and represent that you have the requisite permission and authority to agree to the foregoing.
WalkMe reserves the right to make rules and contest changes.
5. JUDGING
A panel of judges, comprised of individuals chosen by WalkMe, will review all eligible entries received and select, at their discretion, three finalists for each of the 7 categories. The panel will select one winner from each group of finalists from each category. The decisions of these judges are final and binding. If we do not receive a sufficient number of entries meeting the entry requirements, we may, at our discretion, select fewer than 3 finalists per category.
6. FINALIST AND WINNER NOTIFICATION
Finalists will be announced on or after March 17, 2022.
Winners will be announced on April 5, 2022.
If you are a finalist, we will notify you by sending a message to the email address listed on your entry. If the notification that we send is returned as undeliverable, or you are otherwise unreachable for any reason, we may select an alternate finalist.
Winners need not attend the Event or be present at the announcement(s) to win.
7. PRIZE
A total of 7 trophies will be given, one for each winner in each category. There is no substitution or cash alternatives for any prize.
