Our interview process varies from region to region, but here’s what a general interview process at WalkMe looks like .
Your journey begins with a conversation with one of our recruiters. This is your chance to share more about your background, skills, and career goals, and to ask questions about the role(s) you applied for.
We’ll give you a quick, role-related prompt and ask you to use any AI tools you’re comfortable with. There’s no single right answer. We’re focused on how you think, experiment, and adapt when solving problems creatively.
You’ll meet your hiring manager in person or via video to dive deeper into your skills and approach. Expect behavioral questions and insight into daily responsibilities, expectations, and priorities, while also showcasing your problem-solving style and professional strengths.
Some roles include a panel interview with a mix of stakeholders such as a manager, peer, leader, or partner. It’s a chance to show collaboration, communication, and problem-solving. You may also present a short assignment that reflects real-world challenges.
This is a culture-fit conversation with someone from your function but outside the panel. It’s a two-way dialogue about team dynamics, how we work, and daily life at WalkMe. It helps both sides see if it’s the right fit.
At this final stage, we’ll confirm your experience with references and then walk you through the offer details. Your recruiter stays your main contact, answering any questions to ensure a smooth transition into joining WalkMe officially.
