Auto Start Automatically play your Walk-Thru upon site entranceAuto start enables you to automatically play a Walk-Thru when your users reach a specific page. Once you add this action, just enter the URL for which you want this Walk-Thru to automatically be played. If you want a certain Walk-Thru to be played when anyone enters your website's homepage, just add the auto start condition and type in the URL, for example, www.mywebsite.com.
Redirect Redirect your user’s browser to any URL in your website
The redirect action enables you to redirect the end user to a specific URL before playing the Walk-Thru. For example, if a certain Walk-Thru should start in your homepage, you can display it across your entire website, and whenever a user plays it, it will automatically redirect him or her to your homepage. In order to do so, just add the redirect action and type in your homepage URL (such as, www.mywebsite.com/homepage).
Skip First Step Guide users directly to your second step, instantlyIn some scenarios, the first step of a Walk-Thru does not need to be played (i.e., when the first step is clicking on a tab to get to a specific page when the user is already on that page.) Using the Skip First Step action, you can add a URL and for them and the Walk-Thru will skip the first step, starting automatically from the second step.
Skippable Allow your users to skip steps without harming the Walk-Thru process.
Advanced Settings Set your Walk-Thru to seek out specific UI elements associated with a specific step according to specific parameters.
In order to support any possible business process, the WalkMe Editor delivers a set of step triggers, which allows you to specify when a step is finished and when it is time to advance to the next step. In each step, you should set the step trigger according to the business process itself.Click the available triggers for more details:
