Your business moves fast — and learning programs are expected to match that speed. But too often, training is hard to develop quickly, disconnected from daily work, and delivered after the moment of need.
Traditional courses and rigid systems struggle to keep up with changing roles, tools, and priorities. The result? Learners don’t always get the timely, relevant support they need to grow and perform at their best.

An effective way to train, upskill, and grow at scale.
WalkMe is introducing a new, modern approach to enterprise learning that happens with the work, not around it. Deliver personalized, in-context training directly inside workflows, triggered by role, behavior, or task.
With built-in content creation, simulation tools, SCORM support, and analytics, it’s a complete solution for onboarding, upskilling, and continuous learning — all without pulling people out of their flow.

It’s an AI-native digital learning solution that allows you to author and deliver personalized, contextual training directly inside the applications employees use every day. Unlike legacy LMS systems or static e-learning, it embeds microlearning, simulations, and reinforcement into workflows—helping people build real proficiency in the flow of work.
The new product is coming in December 2025.
No, WalkMe isn’t meant to replace your LMS. Instead, it enhances it by providing rich authoring capabilities and making formal training “stick” through in-app reinforcement. For example, an LMS course may teach performance review skills, while WalkMe reinforces those behaviors in real time during review cycles. Together, they create continuous learning journeys that combine structured training with role-based reinforcement.
Companies face widening skills gaps, slow onboarding, and training programs that don’t translate into confidence or consistent execution. We address these issues by:
- Cutting time-to-competence with in-app guidance and reinforcement.
- Closing the gap between learning and execution by embedding contextual training in workflows.
- Reducing reliance on long, static courses with AI-powered microlearning and simulations.
SAP is transitioning its digital learning capabilities to the new WalkMe product for future development and innovation. Your current SEN contract will be fulfilled until its end date.
For current SEN customers, existing digital learning content will remain usable. Once WalkMe’s digital learning product becomes generally available, you can opt in to transition and all SEN learning content can be hosted, played, and edited there.
Note: A development stop for SAP Enable Now has been announced and the end of maintenance is planned for November 30, 2030.
