How is this different from our LMS?

Your LMS stores and tracks learning content. WalkMe Learning Arc builds faster and delivers it in context. Most customers run both: the LMS owns compliance records and formal curriculum; WalkMe Learning Arc handles authoring speed and in-the-flow delivery.

Which enterprise apps does in-the-flow delivery work with?

Any web-based enterprise app. SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and ServiceNow are some of the most common deployments.

Can we control what the AI uses as source material?

Yes. AI Precision controls restrict generation to your uploaded files only. When enabled, it will not draw on outside knowledge.

What is in the free trial?

AI authoring, content management, learner portal, and analytics: full access for 30 days. In-app delivery and SSO require Enterprise. No credit card to start.

We are mid-transition from SAP Enable Now. Does this work for us?

Yes. Direct SEN content import is supported, and continued SEN Producer access is available for customers past their contract end date.
