WalkMe was curious to understand the different approaches and challenges of a diverse range of companies when it came to working from home, specifically when COVID-19 hit. With those rich and detailed responses, we complied a social insights report that breaks down the major trends around WFH.

44% of teams started to connect virtually over non-work-related activities.
Social distancing, together with companies across the globe instituting new working from home policies, pushed employees to find moments to connect with one another. The desire to bond and be in touch encouraged companies and employees to create unique initiatives from movie nights to video water cooler hangouts.

29% cited WalkMe specifically in helping their organization WFH. WalkMe’s digital adoption platform facilitates training, onboarding, communications which enabled companies to maintain business continuity and operations while working from home. The multi-faceted platform which provides in-app guidance contributed to significant reductions in support tickets for IT enabling self-service for employees and customers alike.
