A new report released by Forrester Research emphasizes the need for industry leaders to rethink their sales tech strategies. By harnessing innovative digital tools to drive sales, organizations are able to emphasize enablement and offer a differentiated sales experience.

Forrester Analyst, John Bruno, who authored the report along with Daniel Hong and Sarah Dawson, states that “companies can no longer afford to apply a blanketed technology strategy if they plan to deliver a differentiated experience.”

Bruno later quotes the Vice President of a global manufacturing company:

“What we see is that the team is spending a third of its time selling, and the rest is spent on administrative work. Part of the reason for this is that the commercial technology landscape is very fragmented.”

By reducing the time spent on administrative tasks, WalkMe allows Sales teams to channel all their energy into selling. According to Forrester, WalkMe does this by providing “more friendly interfaces and experiences on top of their CRM.”

The report, Next-Gen Tools Will Drive Your Digital Transformation In Sales, is available to Forrester customers here.
