Hey Everyone! This week we’ve been pretty busy attending the Marketo Summit in San Francisco. It’s been a great experience and we’re meeting tons of new faces! If you’re unfamiliar with the Marketo Summit, it’s a fairly large conference discussing and analyzing marketing analytics. Many of the companies in attendance provide solutions for marketing automation and how to help blur the line between marketing and sales. Along with seeing top Marketo executives speak on on their product roadmap, case studies, and general best practices, it was great to hear Jeremiah Owyang of the Altimeter Group speak about the customer journey and converging paid, owned, and earned media. Owyang spoke on how customers today are much more savvy and advanced, and thus organizations must be flexible and adapt to maintain successful marketing. Also in attendance is LivePerson, Salesforce, Citrix, SAP, among several others. You can follow the discussion on Twitter with #mus13
