Brittany is an experienced leader currently serving as SVP of Customer Experience, Education, and Scaled Customer Success at WalkMe™. She has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Chief of Staff to the Chief Customer Officer, where she led strategic initiatives and drove improvements in the customer experience. Prior to WalkMe™, Brittany held customer success and partnership roles at Dropbox and Yammer, and earlier in her career worked in project management and healthcare financial analysis at Triage Consulting Group.
