Infusionsoft came to WalkMe to acquaint its users with the software’s capabilities. With thousands of customers and users, Infusionsoft wanted to ensure that both more-experienced and less-experienced users were taking full advantage of all of its features.
As software dedicated to simplifying the pains of entrepreneurship, Infusionsoft needed to make their own software instantly usable. Infusionsoft’s objective was to provide their users with a strong foundation to confidently complete their tasks, as well as the tools to independently navigate through their support resources.
WalkMe for Infusionsoft created a New User Getting Started Course. Walk-Thrus were set up across the software’s introductory processes.
By following WalkMe’s onscreen guided navigation, new users were easily guided through the foundation processes.
In only 30 minutes, WalkMe shows Infusionsoft’s users how to configure personal settings, how to navigate around Infusionsoft and how to become an expert on the help resources available. The foundation course includes various processes including:
