We will share how CenturyLink worked with WalkMe to provide an in-platform solution that decreases errors and exchanges desk time for customer time.\n\nResearch shows that\u00a0within one hour, we forget 50% of training. After a day, it climbs to 70%, and after a week, we\u2019ve forgotten 90% of it. Shelley also holds a\u00a0BA in Marketing and MBA.\u00a0\u00a0She led Training Delivery and\u00a0Development teams for the Global Markets organizations, prior to moving to the newly created Process\u00a0Optimization team in 2015.\n\nShelley\u2019s first assignment on her new team was to launch a pilot of the\u00a0WalkMe tool in Salesforce, with the goal of increasing the productivity for Sales Professionals. The pilot\u00a0was proven successful, and CenturyLink now has over 3,000 users in WalkMe.\n\nShelley definitely knows the benefit of employee training and its impact on increased productivity. In addition to being a wife and mother of\u00a0two teenagers, she is currently serving as President, Board of Directors, for Second Harvest\u00a0Food Bank of Northeast Tennessee, a member of Feeding America. She is mentoring eight high school\u00a0seniors this year, as part of the\u00a0TNAchieves program, which helps students transition to higher\u00a0education.
