This joint project came to be the &#8220;50 Highest Rated Private Cloud Computing Companies to Work for&#8221; list.\n\nAll of the selected companies are growth stage startups that employ at least 200 people, and are B2B focused.\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.battery.com\/powered\/behind-the-50-highest-rated-private-cloud-companies-to-work-for-list\/\">The selection process<\/a> also included employee satisfaction ratings on Glassdoor, how employees rated the CEOs of these companies, and their outlook on the business&#8217;s future.\n\nBusiness Insider narrowed the list even more, to the 18 cloud companies that had a 90% or higher approval of the CEO, and where at least 90% of employees say they think the company is going in the right direction.\n\nWe&#8217;re happy to have been ranked at number 3 with an overall company rating of 4.9 out of 5, a 98% approval rating for the CEO, and a 93% positive business outlook rating.\n\nIn the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.walkme.com\/blog\/forbes-2016\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">age of cloud tech<\/a>, having a great product is great, but it&#8217;s not enough.\n\nAt WalkMe, we are firm believers in maintaining company culture, even while experiencing rapid growth.\n\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.walkme.com\/blog\/maintain-company-culture-while-experiencing-rapid-growth\/\">In an article<\/a> posted last year, WalkMe&#8217;s CEO Dan Adika wrote:<\/strong>\n\n<em>&#8220;When my company, WalkMe, grew from 40 to 150 people within a year and a half, I knew that I didn\u2019t want the \u201cgrowth rings\u201d of my company to \u201cgrow abnormally thick.<\/em>\n\n<em>I saw a need to maintain a close-knit startup culture in order to nurture the very things that made my company successful in the first place \u2014 these things included my staff, company culture, traditions and values.<\/em>\n\n<em>In order to keep WalkMe\u2019s structural integrity intact, we implemented changes in the way we connected so that our 150-person team feels just as close as when the company first started.&#8221;<\/em>\n\nHe also listed recognizing employee contribution, maintaining staller hiring standards, preserving company traditions and encouraging an open-door policy as 4 important guidelines to successfully keeping company culture alive.\n\nWe are happy to see that even now, with 300 employees globally, we still successfully keep
