And so far, the results have been fast and impressive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Here we\u2019ve compiled a case study where you can see the impact of digital adoption solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 through training, support and enhanced user satisfaction.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>IE Business School &amp; DAP<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a aria-label=\"undefined (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ie.edu\/business-school\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IE Business School<\/a> ranks as the number one online distance MBA program worldwide and the top 3rd European business school. To handle a growing roster list, IE employees use Microsoft 365 Dynamics CRM. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The School\u2019s Innovation department saw an opportunity to improve employees\u2019 experience. They implemented WalkMe to provide on-screen guidance and to house a robust in-application help center. They deployed Smart Walk-Thrus to guide employees through various workflows, SmartTips to provide contextual information on-screen, and a variety of easily accessible resources, documents, videos, and tutorials to augment the learning and support experience.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The results after DAP implementation:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>82% increase in employee engagement<\/li><li>30% reduction in support tickets<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>WalkMe has helped us streamline communication across internal and external platforms: in our CRM as a knowledge provider and on the online application platform as an on-the-spot engagement tool.
