Hiring, however, has not come to standstill, so onboarding must go on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Work norms are still up in the air right now, but one thing is for sure: companies need to be able to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.walkme.com\/blog\/working-from-home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">efficiently and effectively onboard new employees<\/a>, whether it\u2019s in the office or not. We have written extensively about different best practices for hiring, training, and onboarding while <a href=\"https:\/\/www.walkme.com\/blog\/wfh-workforce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">working from home<\/a>, but we thought we\u2019d break it down for you into a practical checklist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed aligncenter is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Not surprised but impressed to see <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/jack?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@jack<\/a> continually on the frontier. We had several new employees to onboard within the first few weeks of transitioning to a remote workforce.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have been focusing largely on how to make sure the employee experience when working remotely, is just as satisfying and positive as the in-office experience.
