Atkinson shared that for better or worse, COVID-19 has accelerated organizations to advance technologically, giving them an opportunity to rethink and take advantage of adoption curves. This silver lining has afforded companies the chance to actually get farther ahead technically then they could\u2019ve ever done before.

Prioritizing employees is crucial, Atkinson relates, and in most organizations, employee experience<\/a> is an afterthought. When it comes to new software, employees need support and resources readily available to embrace technology and perform their jobs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAt the end of the day, if you can create a great employee experience, employees will adopt the technologies you\u2019re sharing with them.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
