But only 27% say their CEOs are active champions of learning. Similarly, it behooves organizations of all sizes to invest far more of their cultural and managerial capital (not to mention <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizlibrary.com\/blog\/training-programs\/cost-of-training-employees\/\">actual dollars<\/a>) in developing the skills of existing employees rather than new ones.
