It is only by addressing their individual needs, goals, and concerns can you build a digitally dexterous workforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4 key virtues of a digitally dexterous workforce<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are the most important traits and capabilities of digitally dexterous organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Technological aptitude<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As the pace of technological development continues to accelerate, employees who demonstrate the ability to learn and exploit evolving digital tools will also be among the most dexterous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The area where this matters most is the increasing prevalence of cloud-based SaaS apps.
