The foundation&#8217;s annual\u00a0LearnX\u00a0Impact Awards aims to identify and celebrate exceptional accomplishments of individuals and organizations in learning and development across a plethora of industries and award categories.\n\nSmartPayroll provides\u00a0a leading cloud payroll solution\u00a0for small and medium business employers. The business software has over 10 000 customers across a wide range of industries and verticals. In recent years, the company has seen exponential growth, expanding their offerings to better streamline payroll processes. It came to WalkMe to improve their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.walkme.com\/glossary\/customer-onboarding\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">customer onboarding<\/a> process and to ensure that users always remember what they learned. Since implementing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.walkme.com\/blog\/software-learning-obstacle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WalkMe&#8217;s learning solution<\/a>, SmartPayroll has seen an 18% increase in customer satisfaction. When customers open their SmartPayroll dashboard, they are immediately offered onscreen support so that they can complete tasks, even complex processes that they haven\u2019t worked on since last quarter.\n\n&#8220;The WalkMe solution has been a great success for us and far exceeded our expectations,&#8221; said\u00a0Chris Partridge, CEO of\u00a0SmartPayroll. OpenTable works with over 32,000 restaurants worldwide and it serves over 15 million users per month.\u00a0OpenTable came to WalkMe to improve its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.walkme.com\/customer-stories\/smartpayroll\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">onboarding and training process<\/a>. OpenTable sought a way to lower support volumes and to shorten training times by improving Salesforce knowledge retention and accuracy.\n\n\u201cWe invested a lot into Salesforce and WalkMe drives the measurable and tangible results we are after. We implemented WalkMe for 250 Salesforce users. What we saw was a sharp drop of 30% in the required time for onboarding and a 21% decrease in number of requests by employees for assistance.
