We asked them one question: In your experience, what makes a great leader? Their sage advice will inspire even the most seasoned business executive.\n<h2><strong>1. Caroline Meidan<\/strong><\/h2>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3985 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.walkme.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/03\/womens-day-post-4.png\" alt=\"walkme support \" width=\"800\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.walkme.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/03\/womens-day-post-4.png 800w, https:\/\/www.walkme.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/03\/womens-day-post-4.png?resize=300,75 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/>\n<blockquote><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;With the fast-moving pace of technologies, service providers must adjust quickly and keep up to speed with market changes. <\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a few years ago changes took months or years to implement, today adjustments happen quickly and often.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accomplishing this involves a whole new outlook from management. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.walkme.com\/blog\/customer-support-experience\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Managers must act fast<\/a>, follow new technologies closely, shorten training and onboarding phases, include efficient procedures and create alignments by integrating various tools.<\/span>\n\n<b>Bottom line:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Don\u2019t be afraid to apply the changes you think will make a difference! Just make sure to test for quality and have the right measurements in place to make sure the results are positive.&#8221;<\/span><\/blockquote>\n<h2><strong>2. But these leaders are also extremely self-aware of who they are: they know and play to their strengths, and they surround themselves with incredibly talented people to help them tackle the rest.&#8221;<\/span><\/blockquote>\n<h2><strong>3. No two people are alike. <\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inspirational leaders need to be able to identify the various stakeholders&#8217; unique keys to motivation and get them authentically excited and passionate about the broader vision.&#8221;<\/span><\/blockquote>\n<h2><strong>4. If this is true, results will follow.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is important to remember that it is not the tangible things we create that have meaning, but the intangible ones. <\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Learn how to establish meaningful relationships. Learn how to absorb and distribute knowledge. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Learn to interpret co-leaders\u2019 driving interests in order to seek win-win solutions.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> As a business leader, these skills are your toolbox of value in the workplace.&#8221;<\/span><\/blockquote>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>5. One of the reasons we are so successful is that I get my team\u2019s input before making a final decision on a managerial level. They are my eyes in the field and an integral part of driving key changes in the department.&#8221;<\/span><\/blockquote>\n<h2><strong>6. I try to look at any situation from multiple angles. People respond well to that because I bring value to bigger goals beyond just my department.&#8221;<\/span><\/blockquote>\n<h2><strong>7.
