Jenn Whiteman, People Operations Lead<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I joined WalkMe in September 2018 as a Recruitment Coordinator, I was supporting five recruiters with everything from scheduling interviews to sourcing candidates and managing the overall candidate experience. It was fast-paced and people-focused, the perfect foundation for a career I\u2019ve been building ever since.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After about a year and a half, I transitioned into a full-cycle Recruiter role, managing the hiring process from end to end. Not long after that, a new opportunity opened on the People Business Partner team for an HR Coordinator, and I knew I had to go for it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That role marked the beginning of a new chapter. Since joining the HR Operations team, my role has evolved into that of an HR Specialist, where I support WalkMe employees globally through every stage of their employee lifecycle. Over three years in, the growth hasn\u2019t stopped. Each new challenge has expanded my skills and deepened my impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A project that made a difference<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

One of the achievements I\u2019m most proud of is leading the revamp of WalkMe\u2019s Global Onboarding program. Two years ago, I noticed our onboarding processes varied across regions, and key stakeholders weren\u2019t fully aligned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I took the lead in standardizing onboarding globally, introducing structured touchpoints, strengthening the buddy system, and launching live HR-led onboarding sessions. The result was a more cohesive, engaging, and memorable experience for every new hire, and stronger cross-functional collaboration across the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Growing with the right people around me<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Throughout my journey, I\u2019ve had the unwavering support of our HR leadership team. They\u2019ve pushed me to try new things, provided mentorship, and opened doors for me to take on meaningful work. I\u2019ve always felt that my growth was a shared goal, and that\u2019s made a real difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s kept me here for over seven years? Opportunity and people. WalkMe has given me space to learn, challenge myself, and grow in directions I never expected. And the team is incredible \u2014 curious, driven, and creative. These are the kind of people who inspire you to show up as your best self every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking Ahead<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our global HR team continues to grow (it\u2019s tripled in size since I joined), and I\u2019m excited about the new areas of HR I\u2019ll get to explore. There\u2019s still so much to learn, and I\u2019m looking forward to stretching my skill set alongside a team that\u2019s always evolving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s been about learning to navigate change with curiosity, staying adaptable, and growing alongside ever-evolving business needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And I can\u2019t wait to see where the journey goes next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
