That\u2019s why I was so happy to read IDC\u2019s recent white paper, The Business Value of WalkMe, an in-depth exploration of how WalkMe&nbsp;DAP interacts with the enterprise tech stack and drives business outcomes.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Widely recognized as one of the world\u2019s leading research firms, IDC\u2019s study used interviews with global WalkMe customers across industry sectors to quantify the specific benefits our DAP provides, including:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">60% faster adoption of new applications and features<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">45% faster application migrations<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">41% fewer business processes errors<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">35% faster employee onboarding<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">$41.4 million in annual new revenue<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Taken together, enterprises realize an outstanding 494% 3-year ROI on their WalkMe purchase.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Here, I want to take a closer look at WalkMe\u2019s ability to drive business outcomes and how IDC\u2019s white paper validates our ability to rationalize the enterprise tech stack.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The ripple effect of business process optimization<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">While the stats cited in IDC\u2019s white paper sound impressive on their own, it\u2019s important to realize that these benefits don\u2019t exist in a vacuum. There\u2019s evidence that people rely on it. We really use this to communicate information and changes to people, and now, they can\u2019t imagine a world where this doesn\u2019t exist.<\/strong><\/span><\/i>&#8220;<\/p>\n<cite><em>WalkMe customer, Information Technology<\/em><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><span style=\"font-size: revert;color: initial\">One of the most striking things about IDC\u2019s white paper is how it highlights the enterprise-wide benefits WalkMe delivers. When I speak with customers about the challenges we solve, it\u2019s often with regards to departmental needs (how we streamline customer support functionalities or improve HR processes).&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">But, as IDC confirms, WalkMe\u2019s robust product capabilities can be used across the enterprise tech stack for any employee.
