Did the concept of customer success<\/a> exist in the 1990s? Some may say the roots of customer success are firmly planted in this decade with the rise of the subscription economy, but that won\u2019t stop customer success professionals from partying like it\u2019s 1999 at the Pulse Parliament Party!<\/p>\r\n

On May 9th, thousands will gather in Oakland, California for a throwback \u201890s themed Pulse 2017<\/a>. As a veteran of the annual event, I am certain it will be another memorable adventure for anyone interested in learning how to build a team, how to break into customer success, and how to improve the customer experience.<\/p>\r\n

I am excited to be part of the team who is joining this \u201chigh-waisted ripped jeans\u201d themed event to host an evening that you won’t forget, along with Oracle Marketing Cloud, WalkMe, SuccessHacker, and MindTouch. Harry Mack<\/a>, an up-and-coming musical artist, will be flying in from LA to entertain the crowd with his Customer Success \u2018jiggys\u2019, as Will Smith would say back in the 90\u2019s.<\/p>\r\n
