March is International Women\u2019s Month and as a company, we are here for it.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

IWD is not only a celebration of how far we\u2019ve come as a society to progress gender equality, it is a necessary annual reminder of how much still needs to happen before gender bias and discrimination against women is a thing of the past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While today we celebrate the fact that 40% of the global WalkMe team is female,<\/strong> we know that we too have a ways to go to make a bigger impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meet 7 women at WalkMe who strongly feel they are helping #BreakTheBias not just this month, but every single day.<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Paige Clarke<\/a>, Sr. Program Strategy Manager<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMy mantra has always been \u2018lead with love,\u2019 <\/strong>and for the 5 years I have been at WalkMe, I\u2019ve stood by that ideal everyday. As the leader of the Women\u2019s ERG in North America and a woman of color in management in the Services department, having representation in leadership roles is critical<\/strong>, and I\u2019m proud to be helping progress this goal.\u201d  <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
