To get a better understanding of the current professional landscape and WalkMe\u2019s role, the Forrester Total Impact Economic (TEI)<\/a> commissioned study investigated the impact of WalkMe\u2019s DAP<\/a> on company technology and organizational processes, including training and onboarding technology. The study analyzed four diverse organizations of varying sizes and industries and their experiences with implementing WalkMe\u2019s DAP.\u00a0

Training and onboarding – the numbers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

FORRESTER TEI STATISTIC: <\/strong>The average onboarding time per new employee on applications prior to implementing WalkMe was 8 hours.

<\/em>The average employee can use at least 8 apps<\/a> or more. If it takes around 8 hours to onboard to one application, then employees can be spending over 64 hours – the equivalent of over a week and half – learning new software. This doesn\u2019t take into consideration the variance between how quickly people familiarize themselves with new technology. Onboarding also encompasses acclimating to a new working culture and set of responsibilities, which can make software onboarding even more time-consuming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
