Non seulement la formation co\u00fbte de l&#8217;argent, mais elle co\u00fbte aussi du temps. Les possibilit\u00e9s d&#8217;apprentissage limit\u00e9es (46 % des sond\u00e9s) seraient l&#8217;une des principales causes de ce d\u00e9sengagement. Les trois statistiques suivantes illustrent encore davantage les cons\u00e9quences d&#8217;une formation inad\u00e9quate :<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>L\u2019ATD a constat\u00e9 que seulement 12 % des organisations mettaient en place des strat\u00e9gies efficaces en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re pour les talents \u00e9mergents.<\/li><li>Selon une \u00e9tude de Gartner, 70 % des salari\u00e9s ne ma\u00eetrisent pas les comp\u00e9tences dont ils ont besoin aujourd&#8217;hui.<\/li><li>Axonify a constat\u00e9 qu&#8217;un tiers des employ\u00e9s ne re\u00e7oit aucune formation, et parmi ceux qui re\u00e7oivent une formation, 43% la jugent inefficace<\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ces r\u00e9sultats devraient d\u00e9cevoir les responsables des ressources humaines et les responsables de la formation, compte tenu notamment des co\u00fbts li\u00e9s au recrutement, \u00e0 l&#8217;embauche, \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9gration et \u00e0 la formation des employ\u00e9s.
