This question tapped into the core of the type of impact L&D professionals can make at their companies, starting with digital adoption excellence. As organizations are rapidly adjusting to a more digitalized workplace<\/a>, learning and training experiences need to support and keep up with new software and company-wide digital transformations.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the masterclass, a poll was taken from the over 70 attendees to get an idea about what real professionals are experiencing on the ground. When asked, \u201cHow would you generally describe your organization\u2019s L&D offerings?\u201d 58% of people said that they support the business, whereas 42% stated they were more focused on driving training outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L&D meets Digital Adoption Platform professional<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

During the class, <\/strong>Steffaney Zohrabyan<\/a> from T-Mobile for Business shared her journey as an L&D professional and how she was first introduced to WalkMe and DAP while getting her master\u2019s in learning technology. Since then her role has expanded. Steffaney discovered that by using WalkMe, her users have become more efficient and engaged and she has a seat at the table as a strategic partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
