We, at WalkMe, always have you and your users in mind. That’s why for the past few months we have been thinking of the best way to make your Web experience perfect for your site and app visitors. So, what’s in store for you next? We have developed new features that will streamline the workflow of your site or app, engaging your users even more than before!
Here’s a peak of the features that are available for you!
Attention Grabbers!
Attract your users by selecting from a variety of cool visual attention grabbers, pin-pointing their attention to the WalkMe Player on any edge of your user interface. Choose from different shapes and themes of the Player, matching the different attention grabbers to the UI of your site or app!
Popup Step
Now we provide you the opportunity to add a Popup Step at any point of the Walk-Thru. These balloons are not attached to any element on the website or application; they pop up in the center of the screen allowing you to customize the appearance of fade in the background.
Moving Balloons
Now, you have even more control in customizing your Walk-Thru by moving your tip balloons to the exact location on the element you desire, making sure your users are aware of the element you require them to pursue.
Multiple Triggers
For the first time at WalkMe, we are combining two triggers in one balloon. Now, you have the option to set the “Click Element” trigger AND display the “Next” trigger on the balloon, allowing your users to choose whether they would like to click on the element on your UI or on the Next button on the balloon.
HTML Balloons Coming Soon!
In just a matter of short time, you will be able to create your own custom HTML balloons! Push your creative juices and design any HTML balloon that you would like and simply embed it into WalkMe.
